Jennifer is the owner of Blossoming Skies and has been working in the special needs field for seventeen years. She was a paraprofessional in a public school for ten years, received her RBT, and has worked with children and young adults in home and in the community.  Jennifer has an extreme passion in life to help others.  She prides herself on running Blossoming Skies with professionalism, ethics, care, and support to both the families who are with Blossoming Skies and her colleagues. Jennifer has a tremendous love for animals and is looking forward to the day when Blossoming Skies is not only providing ABA services but also providing jobs to young adults with special needs as well as performing animal rescue.

Sarabeth is a BCBA at Blossoming Skies. She works across NJ and PA to support children and young adults in home, school, and also the community.  She loves playing board games, card games, and playing with her animals Charlie, Nigel, and Tucker.

Erica is a behavior technician at Blossoming Skies.  She is also a registered nurse with a diverse background in patient care for both children and adults. Her journey in healthcare began with a bachelor's degree in public health, which laid the foundation for her passion for promoting well being.  She then pursued two master's degrees, one in nursing and another in health administration, further enhancing her ability to support individuals in need.  Erica is dedicated to using her skills and knowledge to make a positive impact on the lives of those she serves.  

Fonati is a behavior technician at Blossoming Skies.  He is passionate and caring and committed to helping individuals reach their fullest potential.  With a heart for growth and a deep understanding of human behavior, he brings empathy, structure, and purpose to every interaction.  Fonati is dedicated to more than just progress, he is focused on lasting transformation. His approach blends evidence based strategies along with genuine care, ensuring that each individual feels seen, supported, and capable.  Whether working one-on-one or collaborating with a team, Fonati's mission is clear, to bring out the best in every individual and champion their success with every step.

Chemere is a behavior technician at Blossoming Skies and has been a paraprofessional for nine years.  She works with children in schools and in their environment.  It brings Chemere joy knowing that she can help the children that she works with develop new skills and reach their goals.

Sabrina is a behavior technician at Blossoming Skies.  She brings passionate care, personal insight, and professional experience to her role.  Sabrina previously served as head pre-school teacher at a private academy for two years  where she worked closely with RBTs, OTs, and SLPs - sparking her deep love for the field.  Having two cousins diagnosed with autism, she has a personal understanding of the challenges and rewards that come with supporting individuals with special needs.  She has experience working with all ages and a wide range of disabilities.  Sabrina holds an Associates degree in Business Administration, along with over ten certifications in childcare.  She also has participated in numerous educational seminars to continue growing in the field.  Currently she is working toward becoming a BCBA and is excited to continue to make a difference.  Outside of work, Sabrina enjoys fitness, music, and animals - passions she often incorporates into her sessions. She is committed to helping every individual thrive and is excited to be part of a team that changes lives. 

Frank is a behavior technician at Blossoming Skies and the father of a child with autism.  He understands the need for extra special care, understanding, and connection.  Helping children is Frank's passion and making a difference is his greatest reward.

Shannon is a BCBA at Blossoming Skies.  She has over nine years of experience working with children with special needs in both home and school settings.  She is passionate about helping children reach their full potential through individualized support and a collaborative approach. Shannon believes in working closely with families to create meaningful progress by working together toward shared goals, one step at a time.

Sonal is a behavior technician at Blossoming Skies.  She is also a compassionate paraprofessional in a public school district with an RBT certification.  Sonal has experience supporting children with special needs in both home and school settings.  She is dedicated to creating inclusive, nurturing environments. Sonal is proud to contribute to the mission of Blossoming Skies with professionalism, care, and a deep passion for helping others.

Amber is a behavior technician at Blossoming Skies.  She has worked as a paraprofessional and childcare provider for over ten years.  Amber is a skilled professional specializing in working with children who present behavioral challenges.  She has a passion for supporting children's growth and development. Whether assisting in the classroom or providing personalized care, Amber is committed to ensuring that every child feels valued, understood , and empowered to reach their full potential.
